Under the background of comprehensive electrification, the whole industry chain urgently needs to be integrated, the automobile industry needs to further open up and cooperate to strengthen global coordination and cross-industry integration and development, and continue to create a new ecological and high-quality development pattern of the globally shared automobile industry, and the 4th World New Energy Vehicle Conference is planned to be held in Haikou, Hainan in June 2022.

2. Secretariat of the Science and Technology Committee of the Conference

The Organizing Committee of the Conference specially set up a science and technology selection working group as the secretariat of the science and technology committee, and the secretariat is specifically responsible for the formulation, publicity and promotion of the plan for science and technology selection, the formal review of the application materials and the recommendation of some selection materials.

1. All innovative technologies shortlisted for final evaluation can receive the "WNEVC Science and Technology Committee Expert Nomination Award".

2. The selection results will be released to the world at the main forum of the 2022 World New Energy Vehicle Conference, and will be compiled into a book and distributed during the conference.

3. The Science and Technology Committee of the Conference will award trophies and certificates to the evaluated units or groups.

4. Representatives of the evaluated units or groups will be invited to participate in the 2022 World New Energy Vehicle Conference.

5. Representatives of the evaluated units or groups will have the opportunity to be interviewed by mainstream industry media during the conference.

6. The selection results will be recommended to the science and technology appraisal organized by the China Association for Science and Technology and other ministries and commissions.
