The advertisements released by Coconut Tree Group such as "there is a car, a house, a high salary, and there must be beautiful women and handsome guys chasing" convey a vulgar view of marriage and love that worships money, misleads social value orientation, and goes against good social customs. The Advertising Act has already been violated.
In addition, when Coconut Tree Group released advertisements such as "China's Top 10 Beverage Enterprises" and "ranked second in industrial output value and third in tax in Haikou City for 11 consecutive years", it did not indicate the institution that issued the honorary certificate, the source of the statistical data used, and the award period of the honorary certificate, which also violated the Advertising Law.
In the end, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau fined Coconut Tree Group 400,000 yuan.
