Yang Changqin, a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress and a villager of the ethnic village of Datong Town, Chishui City, Guizhou Province, is not only the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage skills of "Chishui Bamboo Weaving", but also one of the leaders of the industrialization and scale of "Chishui Bamboo Weaving".

Since 2012, through the establishment of Chishui Hand in Hand Bamboo Art Development Co., Ltd. and the establishment of the "Jizhutang" brand, Yang Changqin has led more than 100 villagers to employment and helped 570 people from 177 households to increase their income. In addition, the company held a free bamboo weaving craft training course, and the total number of people participating in the training reached more than 8,100 people.

"Brands are a passport to the market. Only with a brand can we go out. Yang Changqin believes that intangible cultural heritage skills as the essence of traditional culture, commercialization, marketization naturally has advantages, however, any commodity to the market must have the blessing of brand power, only the formation of high-quality brands, open up production and marketing channels, the formation of a complete industrial chain, in order to maximize the advantages of the intangible cultural heritage technology industry, benefit more people.
