On the afternoon of may 7, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and the Education Development Foundation of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business jointly held the online economic forum "New Exploration of the Business Model of Rural Entrepreneurs in the Era of Rural Revitalization". The participants shared the theme from the three dimensions of entrepreneurs, social organizations and digitalization, aiming to deeply explore the new business model of the three rural entrepreneurs in multiple dimensions, and provide suggestions and suggestions for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.

Chen Hongtao, Secretary General of the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, shared the theme of "How Social Organizations Can Help Rural Revitalization". From the perspective of industrial development, he shared the practice and experience summary of the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation over the years, and mentioned the need to prevent the phenomenon of "poverty alleviation funnel", that is, the situation where there is a lot of individual investment but the actual change effect is not large. In this regard, he believes that it is not only necessary to have funds and project input, but also to pay attention to whether there are related industrial poverty alleviation projects as support in the later stage.
