In terms of Lei Jun, Lei Jun brought four proposals, including "Suggestions on Building a Carbon Footprint Accounting System for New Energy Vehicles", "Suggestions on Accelerating the Construction of High-Power Fast Charging Infrastructure for New Energy Vehicles", "Suggestions on Further Strengthening the Recycling of Electronic Waste Materials", and "Suggestions on Promoting private Enterprises to Participate in Social Welfare and Charity".
Among them, the first and second proposals are related to new energy vehicles, and last year Xiaomi officially announced the official construction of cars, so Lei Jun is very aware of the chronic diseases that need to be solved in the new energy vehicle market. The third proposal is related to Xiaomi's main mobile phone business, and with the increase in smartphone penetration, the recycling of old mobile phones has become a real problem. The fourth proposal is related to social responsibility, the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility, Lei Jun hopes that Xiaomi can deeply participate in social welfare charity.
In terms of Robin Li, "Mr. AI" Robin Li has been committed to promoting the popularization and application of AI, and this year's three proposals have focused on AI again, focusing on the innovation of autonomous driving policies, promoting the popularization of intelligent transportation to alleviate traffic congestion, helping carbon emission reduction and the development of "green AI" theme, reflecting his latest thinking on the development of AI technology.
Policies play a vital role in the popularization of autonomous driving, and Robin Li suggested that we should accelerate the innovation of unmanned autonomous driving policies and support the global leading position of technology. For the increasingly serious traffic jam problem, he advocated promoting the popularization of intelligent transportation to alleviate road congestion and promote the green and high-quality development of urban transportation. At the same time, in order to help the effective landing of the double carbon target, Robin Li suggested that the development of "green AI" should be accelerated to achieve low-carbon development of computing power and algorithms.
In terms of Zhou Hongyi, Zhou Hongyi once again brought a number of proposals to the meeting, focusing on digital security, intelligent connected vehicle security, open source software security and small and medium-sized enterprise security. He suggested upgrading network security to digital security, creating a digital security emergency response system covering all digital scenarios, and establishing a long-term mechanism for the "digital space crash test" of intelligent connected vehicles, and forcing intelligent connected cars sold in the mainland to pass the "digital space crash test".
At the same time, Zhou Hongyi suggested that to strengthen the code review of open source software, the domestic software industry should actively participate in the interaction of the international open source community, continuously improve the right to speak, and establish influence. Regarding the general lack of digital security capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises, he believes that large enterprises should be encouraged and supported to innovate lightweight products and SaaS services as the starting point, eliminate the gap between small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of cognition, capital, technology, and talents, and promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In terms of Ding Lei, Ding Lei has submitted a number of proposals as always, focusing on the development of emerging digital industries and the hot pain points of people's livelihood. It mainly includes the construction of a global intellectual property trading platform, the research and development of new energy batteries such as sodium-ion batteries, new energy issues, and the promotion of national first aid education, electric bicycle safety governance and other important livelihood issues.
Ding Lei suggested building a world-class intellectual property trading platform to export the influence of "Chinese style"; grasping the autonomy of new energy and accelerating the research and development of new batteries such as sodium-ion batteries; including first aid education in the category of quality education to open a green channel for life rescue; installing digital brains for electric bicycles and escorting people to travel safely. It is not difficult to see that Ding Lei's proposals are not all related to NetEase's main business, and many proposals are closely related to the people's livelihood plan.
In terms of Dong Mingzhu, this year Dong Mingzhu participated in the meeting with 7 proposals, mainly focusing on several topics such as social and people's livelihood and protection of independent innovation. The former includes "suggestions on raising the threshold of individual tax and increasing the intensity of individual tax collection and management of non-wage income", "suggestions on allowing enterprises to flexibly arrange statutory holidays", "suggestions on establishing mandatory standards for the safe service life of home appliances as soon as possible", and "suggestions on improving power battery safety monitoring standards".
The latter includes "Proposal on Strengthening the Protection of Enterprises' Independent Cultivation of Talents", "Proposal on Establishing a National Intellectual Property Court as soon as possible", and "Proposal on Encouraging Enterprises to Return More Tax Returns to Independent Research and Development". Among them, Dong Mingzhu's proposal to raise the individual tax threshold has aroused heated discussion. She believes that if the tax threshold for the working class is raised to 10,000, calculated according to 120,000 yuan a year, it will probably increase the income of 7,000 or 8,000, which can increase the consumption power.
In terms of Li Dongsheng, Li Dongsheng brought three proposals, including suggestions on combating online violence, suggestions on improving social security for flexible employment personnel, and suggestions on establishing a pilot system for individual carbon allowances. Among them, the third proposal has aroused heated discussion. Li Dongsheng said that in recent years, the number of online violence incidents in the mainland has been on the rise, but there are many problems in curbing and combating online violence, including the lack of applicability of laws and regulations, the high cost of victim protection and the lack of platform subject responsibility.
In this regard, he suggested that the state should improve the relevant judicial interpretations of online violence, carry out special legislation to combat online violence; increase the punishment of the subjects responsible for online violence, and include serious circumstances in public prosecution; clarify the responsibilities and powers of various regulatory departments, implement the main responsibilities of online platforms, and effectively improve the efficiency of online violence response. I don't know if you found it, Li Dongsheng's three proposals have little to do with TCL's main business, but are related to key people's livelihood issues, representing that he is not only committed to making his own company bigger, but also concerned about the vital interests of the people.
