Strong return: all rely on offline support

In November 2020, Honor spun off from Huawei. It has been nearly a year and 4 months.

Honor had a team of 8,000 people when it was independent, and half of them were R&D personnel. In the summer of 21 years, Honor exceeded 10,000 people, and now the data is 11,000 employees, and R & D personnel account for 55%. New machines released during the period include: Honor V40 (January 21), Honor 50 Series (June 21), Honor Magic 3 Series (August 21), Honor 60 Series (December 21), Honor Magic V (January 22), Honor Magic4 Series (February 22).

Honor's market share, from the peak of 16.7% before the spin-off, fell to a trough of over 3%, and the key node appeared in the summer of 2021, and then Honor's market share quickly recovered. In the third quarter of 21 years, Honor returned to the top three with a market share of 16.2%, almost flat at the highest level in history, while in the fourth quarter of 21, the proportion of Honor shipments has reached 17%, ranking second.

When it was born in 2013, Honor attacked the online Huawei sub-brand with "cost performance", and now the new Glory is actually taking the offline route. In December 2020, Honor plans to open 30,000 terminal stores in 2021, and reach a 4:6 shipment ratio online and offline. In fact, in August 2021, Honor's offline sales accounted for more than 70%, surprise!

New Glory only spent one year to show us the power of offline channels, of course, thanks to the technology accumulation from Huawei and a large number of audience conversions from Huawei, Li Haorong sang correctly: "Mom and Dad give a lot of not much."

The real symbol of Glory's independence is actually the moment it targets the high-end market and points its sword at Apple. What we see now is that huawei is "taking back the glory of the offline high-end market" and the glory of the international market.
