In accordance with the provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Administration of Road Testing of Intelligent Connected Vehicles in Chengdu (Trial)", 12 intelligent networked vehicles (including 4 pure electric city buses and 8 pure electric cars) of Apollo Zhixing Information Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. conducted simulated scene real-time tests at the temporary closed test site of Sino-German intelligent connected vehicles.
After the review of the Chengdu Intelligent NetworkEd Vehicle Road Test Expert Group, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Chengdu Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau recently officially issued the first batch of road test vehicle number plates in Chengdu to Apollo Zhixing Information Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. In the future, 12 test vehicles will be tested on public roads designated by the city for autonomous driving.

The issuance of the first batch of intelligent networked vehicle road test vehicles in our city is an important milestone in the development of intelligent networked vehicles in Chengdu and even Sichuan Province, marking that the automobile industry in Chengdu has officially entered the "era of intelligent vehicles" from the "traditional automobile era" and opened a new stage of development.
