Simplify the motor vehicle registration process

After the implementation of the new regulations, the registration process will be simplified from 8 to 3, and the time will be shortened from five working days to one or two working days. And the new regulations clearly write that all motor vehicle sales enterprises, motor vehicle safety inspection agencies, second-hand car trading markets, etc., can set up registration service stations for car owners, so that car owners can register nearby.
New cars are exempted from inspection and licensed nationwide
According to the current regulations, new cars must go to the vehicle management office for vehicle inspection when they are licensed, and there are still geographical restrictions, and not locals need to provide a temporary residence permit. After the implementation of the new regulations, the registration of small and micro non-operating passenger cars, the new car license plate does not need to be inspected, nor does it need to be entrusted to the 4S shop to handle, but the manufacturer of the vehicle will check the new car before leaving the factory, and provide an ID card to buy the car license plate in the non-household registration place.
License plates are interchangeable
The current regulations stipulate that each vehicle can have only one and only one number plate, and if the owner changes the number plate, his vehicle is regarded as a deck car. After the implementation of the new regulations, if there are two vehicles in the home, the owner can exchange the number plates of the vehicles, which can easily cope with the situation of restricting the number of the vehicle and greatly reduce the idle rate of the vehicle.
However, the three conditions of non-operation, the same region, and the same type of license plate must be met in order to apply for interchange, and the license plate can only be applied for interchange once a year.
Vehicle information can be changed off-site
The current regulations stipulate that the vehicle owner needs to go to the vehicle management office of the vehicle registration office for approval, and then make the modification after the approval is passed, and then go to the vehicle management office for change registration. After the implementation of the new regulations, when the motor vehicle is modified (it must be a compliant modification), there is no need for prior approval, and the motor vehicle can be modified directly, and after the modification is completed, it can be registered at the vehicle management office. If it is a change procedure in a different place, the owner only needs to provide ID card, motor vehicle registration certificate, motor vehicle driving license and other materials, and there is no need to return to the vehicle management office of the motor vehicle registration place.
Vehicle number plates are self-selected
Under current regulations, license plates are randomly selected by machine over 50 numbers, with a time limit. After the implementation of the new regulations, the license plate of the motor vehicle can be self-selected, that is, the owner can compile his favorite letter or number into the license plate in accordance with the relevant regulations (no repetition and no malicious).
