II. Appeal:
1. The national order is transparent, so that consumers can clearly understand the progress of the work order;
2, as soon as possible production, do not find any more reasons, to ensure the black cat production line, no longer deceive consumers a day a statement, the manufacturer through the official channels, publicly apologize to all the delayed Euler black cat owners in the country;
3. For the owner of the extension, give 60 yuan / day compensation treatment, and arrange production as soon as possible, so as not to let consumers suffer indefinitely.

Due to the shortage of chips, spare parts supply, national subsidy and many other reasons, the backlog of orders for black and white cat models is more, and the customer purchase cycle is too long, affecting the customer experience.
In order to avoid bringing bad feelings to car owners who trust the Euler brand, consider all factors and stop receiving new orders for Euler black and white cat models, the manufacturer will coordinate internal resources to meet the existing order scheduling plan faster, and ensure the speed of pick-up and purchase benefits of the order customers who have booked the car.
