Therefore, at the beginning of the design, Euler put the concept of loving women the most into the product design, integrating "female beauty, retro beauty, fashion beauty, and classic beauty". Euler Black Cat is a product based on this concept, and the rounded front of the car and the rounded headlights make it look even more cute. According to the survey results of the first failure time period, 64.6% of the owners said that the vehicle had failed within 1 month of purchasing the car.
In further investigation of car owners, we found that the proportion of non-human failures in body accessories and electrical appliances is relatively high, which is also reflected in the results of the survey of "the most serious quality problems or defects of this car". After investigation, it was found that most of the owners' complaints about the 2022 Euler black cat were reflected in the "other" aspect, which was specifically reflected in the interior workmanship such as the gap between the dashboard, the interior panel, the roof trim panel, the glove box and other parts. Therefore, the quality and professionalism of the pre-sales/after-sales service of automobile dealers play a vital role in consumers' purchase of vehicles and even in subsequent maintenance of vehicles.
In this survey of the 2022 Euler Black Cat pre-sales/after-sales service, all car owners chose "authorized 4S stores" for maintenance channels. In addition, of the 103 questionnaires received, 25 questionnaires showed that car owners had encountered pre-sales/after-sales service problems, accounting for about 24.2%.

Overall
