According to the implementation rules, our district subsidizes the construction of charging facilities, the operation of charging facilities, the construction of substations, the operation of substations, the operation of substations, the operation of substations, the annual electricity charges of newly purchased guangxi local real estate new energy operating vehicles, the comprehensive operation and maintenance of provincial electric vehicle charging services and supervision platforms ("Bagui charging" platform), the recycling of power batteries and the construction of recycling outlets during the three-year action period for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023).

Clarify the subsidy standards of 7 major categories

The Detailed Implementing Rules specify 7 major types of subsidy standards. Among them, the power and quantity of charging facilities, the actual charging capacity of charging facilities, the actual charging capacity of the replacement power station, etc., are subject to the data of the "Eight Gui Charging" platform.

● Subsidies for the construction of charging facilities. According to the rated output power, the charging facility construction enterprises are given a one-time construction subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 150 yuan / kW for AC charging facilities and 300 yuan / kW for DC charging facilities.

● Subsidies for the operation of charging facilities. According to the actual charging capacity, the operator of the charging facility will be given an operating subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 0.14 yuan / kWh. The maximum subsidy for AC charging facilities is 1000 kWh/kW·year; the maximum subsidy for DC charging facilities is 1500 kWh/kW·year.

● Subsidies for the construction of substations. According to the rated charging power of the charging module of the power exchange equipment, a one-time construction subsidy is given, the subsidy standard is 1500 yuan / kW, and the maximum subsidy for a single station is 400,000 yuan.

●Subsidies for substation operations. According to the actual charging capacity, the operator will be given an operating subsidy, and the subsidy standard is 0.14 yuan / kWh.

●The annual electricity subsidy for the newly purchased guangxi local new energy operating vehicles (the subsidies related to new energy buses and taxis are implemented according to the special subsidy method and are not included in this scope). The subsidy standard is 4000 yuan / vehicle / year.

●Comprehensive operation and maintenance subsidies for provincial electric vehicle charging services and supervision platforms ("Eight Gui Charging" platform). The upper limit of the annual subsidy shall not exceed 1 million yuan.

●Power battery recycling and recycling network construction subsidies. The recycling of power batteries is subsidized according to the actual amount of recycling, and the subsidy standard is 20 yuan / kWh; the construction of power battery recycling outlets is subsidized by no more than 30% of the construction cost.

The filing conditions do not include charging facilities for private use

The implementation rules clarify the necessary conditions for declaring various subsidies. For example, the main body declaring the subsidy for the construction/operation of the charging facility shall be the construction party/operator of the charging facility and complete the filing on the "Eight Gui Charging" platform. Charging facilities that have been completed and operated normally within the scope of our district during the three-year action to promote and apply new energy vehicles are charging facilities that provide public services to the society or are dedicated to units, excluding charging facilities for private self-use. After the completion of the charging facilities, it has passed the inspection of qualified third-party testing agencies and obtained the testing certificate.

The annual electricity subsidy declaration subject for the newly purchased Guangxi local real estate new energy operating vehicle is an enterprise legal person or individual operator who operates and uses new energy vehicles in accordance with the law within the scope of our region, and the models are listed in the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products", "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax", and "Catalogue of New Energy-Saving New Energy Vehicle Models Enjoying Preferential Tax Reduction and Exemption of Vehicle and Vessel Tax". The annual operating mileage of new energy logistics operating vehicles is not less than 10,000 kilometers (including 10,000 kilometers), and the annual operating mileage of new energy sharing operating vehicles is not less than 15,000 kilometers (including 15,000 kilometers).
