The qualification review of the recruiter is slightly thin

Previously, the existence of a large amount of false information on the platform was widely criticized by users of 58.com.

As of press time, the number of matching results displayed by searching for "58 same city" on the complaint platform Black Cat Complaints reached 11,605. In the 58 related topics of the same city on platforms such as Zhihu and Weibo, descriptions such as "many intermediaries" and "false recruitment" appear frequently.

The lack of strict qualification review of recruiters may be an important reason for this impression. When Interface News tried to publish recruitment information on the registered account on 58.com, it was found that ordinary users only need to complete one of the three items of business license authentication, legal person authentication, and public account authentication to publish recruitment information.

Merchants can also choose to use virtual roads such as promotional coins, boutique points, and refresh points to increase the exposure of posts. This also means that there may also be good and bad situations in the job postings at the front of the search results.

A staff member who has worked in the promotion business of 58.com told Interface News that businesses can upload business licenses in 58.com to publish recruitment, and the main loophole in 58.com lies in this. He believes that relying solely on business licenses is not enough to judge the security of businesses, and if business licenses are obtained and uploaded by others, the platform will become a channel for scammers.

In terms of qualification review, Interface News learned that at present, mainstream online recruitment platforms have chosen to adopt the "online + online" combination model.

Since it was close to the end of the year, Xiao Qiao did not plan to work for a long time, and he planned to stay in the factory for ten days before resigning and returning home. The labor dispatcher also expressed understanding and promised that Little Joe could leave at any time. After paying 60 yuan of "photocopying fee", Xiao Qiao quickly got on the bus to the factory area and started working as an electronics factory.

However, when Little Joe was ready to leave, he found that things were not so simple. The factory stipulates that they can only get paid after working for one month, and they are not allowed to leave. When he was ready to complain to the labor dispatch company, he found that the so-called "labor dispatch company" in 58 Tongcheng did not have a "labor dispatch business license", but only a "second-way dealer" without labor dispatch qualifications.

These "two-way dealers" first attract workers from websites such as 58.com, then introduce workers to truly qualified labor dispatch companies, and finally the labor dispatch companies bring workers to the factory. Due to the layers of the two-fold intermediary, the daily salary of Xiao Qiao and others is also close to the waist. Little Joe, who was eager to go home, had to give up the salary he had negotiated and returned home empty-handed.

Subsequently, Xiao Qiao tried to feedback to the 58 city platform and uploaded the WeChat chat records with the "second-channel traffickers", but the result was rejected due to "insufficient evidence". After this incident, whether it is renting or buying and selling second-hand goods, Xiao Qiao has never opened 58.com again.
