Touching the night talk, every day nonsense and game-related farts, ghost things, new things.

This week is the first working week after the Spring Festival holiday, and my colleagues and I are not very energetic. Teacher Chen Jing shared what she did during the Chinese New Year in yesterday's night talk - I think this week's night talk is almost all about this content, after all, the holiday is the right thing.

My vacation was spent playing Pokémon Legend: Arzeus and writing review articles about Al Zeus, writing for 25 hours and completing the level in two weeks. By the end of the holiday, the game time had reached 71 hours, and the full picture book was collected, captured by Arzeus.

I did it!

For a long time, I wasn't really immersed in any of the "Pokémon" orthodoxies — the dividing line was probably Pokémon: X· Y", before I happily explored every area on the map, exercised my Pokémon, experienced the game's plot, and then it was only a quick battle. Of course, this has something to do with age.

I've praised pokemon more than once in different articles about the Pokémon game's battle system, which is large, complex and balanced, and it's fun to dig deeper. But delving into the battle also brought some bad effects, I began to constantly use the new "Pokémon" game as a starter of the battle, during the "Pokémon: Day and Moon" and "Pokémon: Ultimate Day • Ultimate Moon", I almost overnight through the game's two-week plot, and then began to prepare for the battle - brush personality, hatch eggs, do genetics... In order to simplify this cumbersome process, I even went online to buy modified "6V" (high body value) of the changeable monster, so as to hatch a better offspring Pokémon.

We have also discussed this in articles before. It's a bit ironic that in a game series that focuses on "the connection between people and Pokémon partners", the production of "the strongest Pokémon" in the form of cracking and modifying is a normal thing - not entirely dependent on the player, seriously, it takes a lot of time and energy to produce a Pokémon with enough strength to fight in a completely legal way, which is obviously not very reliable, and when you get it right, maybe this tactic has already been cracked, and you have to re-hatch something else.

By the time of Arzeus, the PvP battle system was completely gone, which was definitely not a good thing, but it did make some people turn their heads back to the plot and gameplay provided by the game. And these two of "Arzeus" are good enough, and I won't compare them to other games. Some friends have used the success of "Al Zeus" to illustrate that Pokémon vs. niche and meaningless, but it can't be said quite, the combination of the two may be the ultimate form of the Pokémon game.

Collecting is fun, but in the long run, it can't just be collected

Different game series will face difficulties, such as "Call of Duty" gradually abandoning single-player battles and deepening battles, "Rainbow Six" constantly trying between PvE, PvP and cooperative PvE, "Pokémon" this time abandoning online battles and focusing on the single-player experience, which seems satisfactory at present, but in the long run, I think players still need to point out online battles or fights and the like.

On Pokémon Day last year (February 27), two games were announced in one go, Pokémon: Crystal Diamonds, Bright Pearls and Arzeus, and now we're all playing them. This year looks like it's coming, and I don't know what we can play in the new year, DLC of Al Zeus? I don't know, the internet is boiling, and "Arzeus" does have room for people to look forward to.

It's great that I haven't been so immersed in a Pokémon game in a long time, which is very different from how I felt after playing Crystal Diamond Bright Pearl two months ago. To say something more subjective than in the review article, I think Al Zeus deserves a higher historical place, and it saved the entire declining game series. For Pokémon lovers, this should be a delight. You can even see the future of the Pokémon Legends series, bigger and fuller (and perhaps seamless) maps, a tighter battle system, online elements between players, more beautiful graphics on the next generation of consoles (if any) ...

There is also considerable room for optimization in the gameplay of Boss Wars

For quite some time, we were looking forward to the idea of the next Pokémon game being "what if the next one is not bad". And now, I can't wait to play the sequel to Al Zeus.
