Longsheng pastry is a traditional pastry with typical halal characteristics in the Qingzhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Project, its production technology originates from the Ming Dynasty Hengwangfu Tribute Pastry Shop, according to the "Genealogy of the Deshi Clan" and the "22nd Generation of the Deshi Defenghai House Gift Document" record: During the Qing Dynasty (1849), the 19th Ancestor of the Qing Dynasty inherited the pastry making skills of the ancestors, and built a pastry tea shop in the south of the road near the city wall in The Haiyan Gate (i.e. the East Gate) of Qingzhou City, taking the name of his three sons Wanlong and the fourth son Wansheng and the name of the shop was "Longsheng".
