Here, the parties can independently "order" to choose legal consultation, notarization, mediation, arbitration, administrative reconsideration and other dispute resolution methods. The center provides personalized dispute resolution services for different case types, realizing "one-stop acceptance and integrated services" for dispute resolution. At the same time, the center also makes comprehensive use of online conflict and dispute resolution platforms such as "smart mediation" to carry out "online mediation and handheld handling" of conflicts and disputes, and promote the efficient and convenient resolution of disputes.

Department linkage to appeal for accurate "dispatch"

While implementing "point-to-point" dispute resolution, the Weicheng District Judicial Bureau draws a "line" according to categories, adheres to the principle of "where there are contradictions and disputes, mediation organizations will infiltrate where", and promotes the establishment of nine industrial and professional people's mediation committees such as pets, letters and visits, property, markets, marriage and family, etc., and dispatches orders for industry disputes according to categories to achieve "internal resolution of disputes within the bank". On the basis of the combination of "points and lines", we will continue to promote the mediation of conflicts and disputes to the "surface", and set up mediation centers in 9 streets with the creation of "non-litigation street residences" as the starting point. Relying on the big data platform, the center dispatches cases with strong locality such as neighborhood disputes to the village (resident) mediation committee, and follows the dispute resolution process of "mediation by mediators, assistance by grid members and village (resident) cadres, joint disposal by the center and station, and professional guidance by legal counsel", so that conflicts and disputes can be resolved locally and eliminated in the bud, and the work of managing the source of litigation is effectively integrated into the end of dispute resolution at the grassroots level.

Diverse team to help efficient "order taking"

Weicheng District will include lawyers, legal workers, mediators, village (residential) cadres, grid members, township talents, and legal experts into the "mediation talent pool", and set up a four-level mediation team of "full-time mediator + mediation expert + specially invited mediator + mediation volunteer". Guide the mediation committees at all levels to establish a roster of mediators, and publicize the names, photos, contact information, and areas of dispute that the mediators are good at. The public can choose the corresponding departments and mediators according to their needs, and enjoy the customized "dispute resolution package".

Since the beginning of this year, various mediation organizations in the region have resolved more than 1,300 conflicts and disputes, with a mediation success rate of 98%. In the next step, Weicheng District will start from the needs of the masses, adhere to the path of litigation source governance, optimize the "à la carte" dispute resolution model, and provide efficient dispute resolution services for the masses.
