Liang is dissatisfied because his ex-girlfriend Guo mou found another boyfriend. At about 23:50 on the day of the crime, Liang came to the rental house to look for Guo, and saw that Guo's boyfriend was also in the house.

Liang and Guo quarreled over an emotional dispute in the bedroom of the rental house, and then Liang went to the living room to find a kitchen knife and returned to the bedroom with a knife to cut and slash Guo's head, neck and other key parts of the human body and arms, and Guo fled from the rental house after being injured and resisting.

Subsequently, Liang committed suicide by slitting his throat with a kitchen knife in the rental room. Finally, the two were taken by 120 ambulance to the General Hospital of Liuzhou Workers' Hospital for treatment. After appraisal by the Liuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau Physical Evidence Laboratory, Guo Moujia's injury degree was assessed as a minor injury of the first degree.

20 days after the incident, Liang's health improved after treatment, his life could take care of himself, and he went through the discharge procedures on the same day, and the public security organ summoned him to the case.

The prosecution believes that defendant Liang X illegally deprived others of their lives with a knife, and his conduct violated article 232 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the facts of the crime are clear, the evidence is credible and sufficient, and he should be investigated for criminal responsibility for intentional homicide. Liang has already begun to commit a crime, but due to reasons other than the will of the criminal, he has not succeeded, which is an attempted crime, and can be compared with the completed crime to be given a mitigated or mitigated punishment.

The case will be tried in the first instance at the Liunan District People's Court in Liuzhou City.
