Recently, Wang Zhibo, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, went to the County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau to investigate and guide the development of comprehensive administrative law enforcement work. At the research forum, Huang Tongqi, secretary of the party group of the county comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau, made a report on the work carried out and the basic operation of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau since its establishment.

After listening to the report, Wang Zhibo pointed out the direction on how to solve the difficult problems such as uneven personnel of the county comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau, old office space, and guarantee of operating funds, and put forward three requirements for promoting the next step of comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform. The first is to understand the overall situation and accurately position it. The Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau should put its own work in the overall situation of the "second half" of the two reforms to think about planning and positioning, and while making every effort to do a good job in urban law enforcement management, actively integrate into urban planning and construction, and fully display the new image of the city. The second is to forge ahead and make up for shortcomings. The comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform work is still in its infancy, and there are still great shortcomings and deficiencies in the staff, office space, funding guarantees, facilities and equipment, and internal management systems. The third is to come up with new tricks to serve the people. It is necessary to resolutely put the law in the forefront and persistently carry forward the spirit of studying, applying, acting according to, and relying on the law; we must firmly establish the work concept of "mass participation and mass autonomy," fully absorb the opinions of the masses, and let the masses truly become participants in administrative policy decisions, win the support of the masses, and lay a solid foundation for mass work.

After the research forum, Wang Zhibo inspected the office of the county comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau and visited the urban management law enforcement brigade.
