In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on emergency management, fully implement the requirements of the national, provincial, municipal and development zone management committees on emergency management deployment, strengthen the emergency response capacity of the "nine small places" in the park, and comprehensively improve the safety awareness and escape and self-rescue ability of the people in the park. On May 14, Dongchuan Industrial Park organized more than 100 road leaders, liaison officers and grid members to hold a mobilization and deployment meeting for the promotion of "One Map for Emergency Rescue in Nine Small Places" in the park.
At the meeting, the implementation plan for the promotion and application of "emergency rescue map" in Dongchuan Industrial Park in "nine small places" was conveyed, and the promotion tasks of "emergency rescue in nine small places" were arranged and deployed in detail, and professional and technical personnel from the emergency rescue department of Xining Emergency Management Bureau were invited to carry out training on the production and application of relevant theoretical knowledge of "emergency rescue map".
The meeting pointed out that in recent years, the production safety accidents of the "nine small places" in the country have emerged one after another, such as the particularly serious gas explosion of the Yinchuan barbecue restaurant in Ningxia on June 21 and the fire in the street shop in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province on the "1.24", which fully exposed the "nine small places" while bringing convenience to the masses, due to the limitations of the business site and scale, there are generally problems such as insufficient investment in emergency facilities, weak safety awareness of employees, and low quality of safety management. Therefore, it is of great significance and necessity to promote the "emergency rescue map of nine small places".
The meeting required that all responsible units should further unify their thinking, strengthen their sense of distress, overcome the luck mentality, strengthen organizational leadership, clarify responsibilities, clarify the division of labor, establish a communication mechanism, strengthen work exchanges, information sharing, and strengthen the systematic, holistic and collaborative nature of the "nine small places emergency rescue map" to promote the work. The responsible street chief should regularly organize street liaison officers and grid staff to carry out supervision and inspection around whether the main responsibility for enterprise safety production is implemented, whether the content of the "emergency rescue map" is realistic, and whether the employees in the "nine small places" are proficient in and flexibly use the necessary emergency rescue knowledge to carry out supervision and inspection, and timely supervise and rectify the problems found. All street liaison officers and grid personnel should do a good job in the change and new statistics of the "nine small places" in the responsible streets, adhere to long-term promotion, and urge the "nine small places" to actively carry out emergency response drills, check and fill in the gaps in the exposed problems, and ensure that the "one map" is truly scientific and operable.
