In order to promote the "4.14" earthquake prevention and disaster reduction publicity week, help the employees of enterprises in the park to enhance their emergency response capabilities in the face of earthquake disasters, and master the basic methods of earthquake escape, self-rescue and mutual rescue. On April 17, the Office of the Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Headquarters of Dongchuan Industrial Park organized 50 people from various enterprises in the park to successfully hold a lecture on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science knowledge in Qinghai Guoxin Aluminum Co., Ltd.
In the lecture, the professional and technical personnel of the office of the earthquake relief headquarters in the park combined with the "12.18" Gansu Jishishan earthquake and the "4.14" Qinghai Yushu earthquake and other examples, vividly explained the causes of earthquakes, the characteristics of earthquake disaster risks in the mainland, the basic concepts of earthquakes, the secondary disasters caused by earthquakes and how to scientifically avoid danger and self-help and mutual rescue, etc., expanded the professional knowledge of earthquakes among the participants, and enhanced the awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and the level of self-help and mutual rescue capabilities. At the same time, the staff also distributed 100 copies of publicity materials and 50 copies of publicity materials such as "Common Knowledge of Earthquake Prevention and Risk Avoidance" and "Earthquake Emergency Self-rescue and Mutual Rescue Manual" to the employees of the enterprise, which further deepened the impression of the cadres and employees of the enterprise on the popular science knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and was well received.
The development of this lecture not only enabled the employees of the enterprise to have a correct understanding of the earthquake and no longer talk about the color change of the "earthquake", but also allowed the enterprises to improve the emergency rescue skills and the ability of personnel to avoid danger in the face of natural disasters, and provided a strong guarantee for the creation of a safe and harmonious park.
