In order to implement the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Further Strengthening Work Safety Reporting", we will solidly promote the work mechanism for safety production reporting, encourage the reporting of major accidents and production safety violations, and further create a strong atmosphere for everyone to participate in production safety supervision. On May 14, the staff of the Huangzhong District Safety Committee Office organized the District Emergency Management Bureau and the District Fire and Rescue Brigade to conduct a joint on-site inspection of a safety production report case in the Doba area to effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of the problem.
The inspectors shall conduct on-site verification in accordance with the report, and the relevant departments shall conduct on-site verification and handling of the existing potential safety hazards in accordance with their own responsibilities and in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards, and order rectification within a time limit for problems that cannot be rectified immediately.
The District Security Committee Office requires all relevant departments to follow the principle of "three pipes and three musts", according to their own work responsibilities, laws and regulations, carefully study and judge, and form relevant reports to submit. If problems are discovered, they should be implemented and reformed, and those involved in violations of laws and regulations should be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations. Territorial townships (streets) should strictly implement territorial responsibilities, and the staff of the district security committee office should promptly reply to the informant after summarizing the report and verification.
In the next step, the Huangzhong District Safety Committee Office will further intensify its work, supervise and guide all towns (streets), departments and units to further strengthen the work of safety production reporting, mobilize the enthusiasm of the public to participate in reporting, and give full play to the role of social supervision of production safety.
