Comprehensively consider the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, for migrant workers who have returned to their hometowns in the field before the holiday and who have determined that their jobs have been concentrated after the holiday, organize and carry out "point-to-point" transportation services between the places where migrant workers are exported and the places where workers are employed, coordinate the opening of special buses and special trains (chartered carriages), support the safe and orderly return of migrant workers to their hometowns in large-scale and batches, and focus on ensuring the travel of poverty alleviation laborers (including the monitoring and support objects to prevent returning to poverty) and the employment of key enterprises. It is reported that since the Spring Festival, 142 special service buses have been organized, transporting 5,005 migrant workers.
