After actual measurements, the average paint thickness of the MG ONE body is 4.3 mil (109.22 μm) and the maximum difference is 2 mil (50.8 μm). It can be seen that the thickness of the paint of the whole vehicle is basically maintained at about 4mil, and only the values of the front fender and the rear tailgate part of the area are measured at 6mil. Therefore, on the whole, the paint thickness of MG ONE is still relatively average, showing the maturity of SAIC MG spraying process. In terms of passive safety, MG ONE also has materials, using ultra-high-strength cage integrated body, high-strength steel accounted for 82%, better than most of the same level of models, but also improve the strength of the vehicle. MG ONE top and sub-top models use sporty seats, this set of seats is indeed better in terms of wrapping and support, the bottom and backrest sides of the high bulge of the wings can firmly fix the driver in the middle of the seat, very in line with the MG ONE tone, but also allow the driver to be more confident in the intense driving. The overall seat is made of imitation leather material, which naturally does not feel as delicate and skin-friendly as the leather material, but it is not cheap, and the hole treatment in the back can also provide better breathability during long-distance driving. Fifth, the level of safety
