On November 23 last year, Aprilia Apulia unveiled the new SR GT 125 and SR GT 200 pedals on the eve of the EICMA 2021 Milan Motor Show.

At the end of January, the new pedal, which was called the first Urban Adventure "urban adventure" by the factory, was listed in China in the form of an imported car, and the official standard price was 29,900 yuan. In overseas markets, the SR GT 125/200 series also has a sport version with higher-grade trim parts.

The SR GT 125 and SR GT 200 are equipped with the I-GET power platform developed by the Piaggio Group R&D centre in the form of a water-cooled four-stroke single cylinder, ANHC four-valve, and both versions of the power unit are electronically fuel injected and comply with Euro 5 emission standards. The operating parameters of the two different exhaust volume versions are:

1. SR GT 125: bore, stroke is 52 mm x 58.7 mm, exhaust capacity is 125 cc, maximum power output is 11 kw/8,750 rpm, maximum torque is 12 Nm/6,500 rpm;

2. SR GT 200: Bore, stroke is 61.5 mm x 58.7 mm, exhaust capacity 174 cc, maximum power output 13 kw/8,500 rpm, maximum torque 16.5 Nm/7,000 rpm.

The use of an aluminium cylinder with Nikasil nickel-silicon carbide coating on the cylinder wall, a piston with a unique geometric design to optimize thermodynamic properties, and a corresponding cylinder head are some of the highlights of this I-GET power platform.

In terms of body, the SR GT 125/200 uses a pair of steel-controlled twin cradle frames, the suspension system is from Showa, the front suspension is a fork core diameter of 33 mm, the stroke of 120 mm class of upright forks, the rear suspension of 102 mm of double barrel rear shock absorber. Minimum ground clearance of up to 175 mm, saddle height of 799 mm (Note: Two other Japanese manufacturers in the domestic market class, seat heights of 764 mm, 765 mm respectively). According to the factory, this design makes the vehicle have better passability and allows the knight to easily overcome any bumps in the road. These design features, combined with "all-terrain" tires, make the SR GT125/200's handling very flexible in any type of urban condition – in most cities, tracks, manhole covers, potholes, obstacles of varying heights, etc., are part of everyday road conditions.

Other configurations include an all-LED lighting system, an LCD digital instrument panel, front 14-inch and rear 13-inch diameter wheel frames, the removal of the traditional starter, the Regulator Inverter Start & Stop System (Regulator Inverter Start & Stop System) with a brushless motor directly coupled to the crankshaft, off-road style bare handlebars, and an external design of the front windshield.

Without the straight middle pedal (presumably not wanting customers to use the car to deliver gas cylinders), coupled with the stout fork Samsung (fork triangular table/fork upper and lower plates), it can be seen at a glance that the basic design concept of the SR GT 125/200 is sports riding.
