The world's largest clean energy level transportation fleet consisting of 75 electric artificial intelligence transport robots (ART), 31 driverless electric collector cards, 50 electric collector cards and 30 hydrogen fuel cell collector cards has recently been put into production and operation in Tianjin Port.
It is understood that compared with the fuel collection truck with the same capacity, the largest clean energy level transportation fleet in the global port set up by Tianjin Port Group this time will reduce fuel consumption by 50 kg per 100 kilometers per 100 kilometers and reduce carbon emissions by 155 kg; the clean energy fleet will reduce fuel consumption by 279 tons and reduce carbon emissions by 865 tons for one month, so as to achieve zero emissions in the whole process of container terminal loading and unloading operations.
Among them, the electric collection card selects a 282 kWh power battery pack, using pure electric drive mode, to achieve zero consumption of fossil energy; unmanned electric collection card, on the basis of clean and zero carbon, increases the artificial intelligence driving function, and has been applied on a large scale in the Tianjin Port Autonomous Driving Demonstration Zone; the electric artificial intelligence transportation robot is a new generation of automated container horizontal transportation equipment independently developed by Tianjin Port, and achieves zero carbon emissions in the whole process in the production and operation of the world's first "smart zero carbon" terminal.
In addition to the above electric equipment, Tianjin Port Group, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and PetroChina Tianjin Branch introduced 30 hydrogen energy collection cards for the first time, with a single hydrogen volume of 1320 liters, a weight of 35 kilograms, and a continuous operation of 48 hours when filled with hydrogen, which can effectively adapt to the operation needs of container terminals, and zero carbon and zero pollutant emissions in the whole process. This is the first large-scale trial operation of the global port hydrogen energy collection card, which will have a demonstration effect on the promotion and use of hydrogen energy in the port.
Yang Jiemin, vice president of Tianjin Port Group, said that the overall establishment of the world's largest fleet of ports based on clean energy such as electricity and hydrogen fuel is conducive to building an organic configuration and operation management model of clean energy such as port electric and hydrogen energy, effectively driving the development of hydrogen energy applications in ports, and exploring a new model of development of "smart hydrogen ports" that can be promoted.
