"Qingke Sees the Future" will invite some of the previous CCF Young Scientist Award winners to discuss the safety issues of artificial intelligence, and imagine possible solutions and development directions, so as to help the development of artificial intelligence in mainland China. The CCF Young Scientist Award winners will focus on the safety issues of artificial intelligence and share their research insights. Artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly in the past decade, has received great attention from academia and industry, and has made remarkable research progress and achievements in many fields. In this context, the security of artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly prominent, and the integrity, confidentiality, availability, robustness, transparency, fairness and privacy of artificial intelligence algorithm models, data, systems and product applications need to be explored and studied in depth.

Chen Hall

Winner of the 2022 CCF Youth Science and Technology Award, Professor of the School of Computer Science, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China

Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Computer Science and Technology of China, Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, Outstanding Youth of Sichuan Province, and Rongcheng Talent of Chengdu City, won the 2022 Alibaba DAMO Academy Young Scholar Award, the 2022 CCF Young Scientist Award, the second prize of the 2012 National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of the 2010 Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award. In the past five years, he has published more than 40 papers in CCFA international conferences/journals and won 15 academic/competition awards, including the INFOCOM2018 Best Paper Award. He has presided over 1 key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and a number of provincial and ministerial projects.

CCF Distinguished Member, 2021 CCF Youth Science and Technology Award Winner, Professor of Chinese Renmin University

Professor, Hillhouse School of Artificial Intelligence, Chinese Minmin University. His research field is information retrieval and natural language processing, with more than 100 published papers and more than 17,000 citations from Google Scholar, and he has led the research and development of the Yulan large language model, and organized the compilation of the large language model review paper "ASurveyofLargeLanguageModels" (preprint article) and the Chinese book "Large Language Model". He has won the 2020 Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Outstanding Youth Award, the ECIR2021 Time Test Award, and the CCF-IEEECS Young Scientist Award.

He has won the National Science Foundation Young Scientist Award, the CCFIEEE-CS Young Science and Technology Award, the Rising Star Award of the North American Association of Computer Chinese Scholars, the ACMCCS Time Test Award, the Lumley Research Achievement Award of Ohio State University, the nomination of AMiner for the world's most influential security and privacy scholars for five consecutive years, the lifetime list of the world's top 2% scientists, and the MIT Technology Review China's 2022 Privacy Computing Technology Innovation Figures and the 2023 Top Ten "Strong Young Scientists".

He is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Computer Science, Tsinghua University. His research interests are secure and trustworthy artificial intelligence. He has won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award (ranked 2nd), two first prizes of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education (both ranked 2nd), and the Young Scientist Award of the CCF-IEEE Computer Society. Selected as a young top-notch talent of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and an outstanding scientist of ACM; He is a member of the 9th National Committee of the Association for Science and Technology, Deputy Secretary-General of CCF and Director of the Youth Working Committee.

Member of CCF YOCSEF AC, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, TSINGHUA UNIVERSITY

He is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University, a member of the Knowledge Engineering Lab (KEG), and has worked at Facebook AI and Microsoft Headquarters Research Institute. His research interests include data mining, graph machine learning and basic large models, and the relevant results are applied to billion-level social networks and knowledge graphs.
