Subsidy recipients
(i) Replacement of old cars
1. The old car replaced by the subsidy object must be a car with less than 7 seats (including 7 seats) registered in my name before December 31, 2021 (inclusive), and must be within the validity period of the annual inspection.
2. After January 1, 2022 (inclusive), the subsidy target will scrap and cancel the old car under his name through the qualified scrapped motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprise in the province, or sell and transfer the old car through the second-hand car transaction. The time is subject to the "Old Car Disposal Certificate".
3. Individual consumers (excluding enterprises) who purchase less than 7 seats (including new energy vehicles) at the Shengzhou Automobile Sales service enterprises that have registered to participate in the activity can only enjoy one ID card once, and no longer enjoy subsidies from the purchase of the second one. The purchase time of the car is subject to the invoice time of the "Unified Invoice for the Sale of Motor Vehicles".
4. The subsidy recipient must complete the replacement of the old car and the purchase of the new car (in no particular order) during the activity period, and the driving license must be completed within 15 days after the purchase of the new car.
(ii) Acquisition of new vehicles
Consumers (including individuals and enterprises) who purchase less than 7 seats (including new energy vehicles) at the Shengzhou Automobile Sales service enterprises that have registered for the event can only enjoy one ID card (business license) once, and no longer enjoy subsidies from the purchase of the second one.

Subsidy standards
Subsidies are divided into three subsidies of less than 100,000 (including 100,000), 100,000-200,000 (including 200,000), and more than 200,000 according to the invoice price.
The purchase of new cars is given a subsidy of 3,000, 5,000 and 7,000 yuan per vehicle, and if the old is replaced or a new energy vehicle is purchased, another 1,000 yuan subsidy is added to each vehicle.

Operational flow
Consumers who purchase new cars at the approved and announced automobile sales enterprises help consumers collect relevant information (ID card, car purchase invoice, etc.) and upload them to the designated platform to obtain the bonus quota to obtain the subsidy quota After the consumer must pay the car purchase tax within 15 natural days and upload the voucher to complete the final declaration of the Information of the Commerce Bureau for review and approval Within one month after the review, the subsidy will be issued to the consumer within one month after the approval.

Automobile sales enterprises need to strictly implement the regulations on the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic at all levels, strictly implement various "guarding the small door" measures such as temperature measurement, bright code, and wearing masks, do a good job in staff health monitoring and management, prepare masks, disinfectants and other epidemic prevention materials, strengthen environmental disinfection and ventilation, and ensure the safety and order of the car purchase site.
Consumers should cooperate with temperature measurement, health code and itinerary code inspection in the process of car purchase, standardize the wearing of masks throughout the process, do a good job of personal protection, and maintain a safe distance.
