Where chan juan shines

As the year draws to a close, nostalgia is getting stronger. In previous years, at this time, it was the time when the wanderer was timid, but in the past two years, due to the barrier of the epidemic, many people's homecoming has become an undecided thought, and they are in their hearts every day. When self-relief or mutual encouragement, there will always be a sentence of "I hope that people will be long, and thousands of miles will be cherished together", so the speaker listens, his heart is clear twice, and in the world illuminated by the same round of bright moon, it seems that he has received some comfort and preciousness. This is the context of our Chinese.

Because of this profound and broad context, this "Water Tune Song Head: When is the Bright Moon" is the most empathetic chapter in ancient poetry, and the moon of a thousand years ago is still as bright as ever. It's just that except for the last few "golden sentences" that have been quoted countless times, the small preface at the beginning should not be ignored - "Mid-Autumn Festival, drinking and getting drunk." Write this article, and also by the child. "It was the Mid-Autumn Festival of the ninth year of the Northern Song Dynasty (1076), when Su Shi was serving as an official in Mizhou (present-day Zhucheng, Shandong), and when he was drunk, he remembered his younger brother Ziyu." "Concurrently cherishing" seems to be a matter of convenience, but in fact, he has not seen his brother for seven years -- once this fact is linked, Fang knows how the last "Qianli Chanjuan" is shallow and affectionate, obviously it is a nostalgia, but it can be a great relief in heaven and earth. Su Rui was in jinan at that time, and today is only a three-hour drive, but in ancient times, there was no benefit of boats and cars, and the two brothers had their own government affairs, eunuchs were outside, and they were in difficulty with themselves, so they could only use poetry and the moon to make distant greetings.

In the song dynasty's literati politics, there were many brothers who were officials in the same dynasty, but it was rare for Su Kunzhong to go in and out together and have very strong feelings, living together in the temple at one time, living together in the distance of the rivers and lakes, and brothers like virtuous friends, always remembered. The brothers never separated from each other until the sixth year of Jiayou (1061) when Su Shi was first married, and Su Rui temporarily stayed in Beijing to serve his father. At that time, Su Shi was 25 years old, Su Rui was only 23 years old, and Xiao Su sent his brother to his post, and he was sent to Zhengzhou to return. Su Shi watched his tall brother riding a thin horse in the high and low mountains farther and farther away, could not see the figure, only to see the black hat on his head appear for a while between the slope ridges, and disappeared for a while, and could not help but write "The cold lamp is relatively memorable, when the night rain listens to Xiao Ser." You know that this meaning must not be forgotten, and you should be careful not to love the high official position". There was a secret agreement between the brothers: they had read Wei Yingwu's poem "Rather know the windy and rainy night, and then sleep in the bed", and they felt sorry for it, and they agreed to return home early and listen to the night rain on the bed. Su Shi reminded his brother in the poem that he must remember our "night rain on the bed", and you should not covet high-ranking officials and not come back.

However, as he had predicted earlier, "life is like everywhere, it should be like Feihong stepping on the mud", having become an uncertain court official, the fate of Fei Peng was already predestined, where can be planned by the brothers. In the Wutai poetry case in the second year of Yuan Feng (1079), Su Shi was asked for half a life, and he stayed in the Yushitai Prison, and at one point thought that he was about to be executed, so he quickly wrote a poem to his brother. The title of this poem is very long, called "To give the matter to the Yushitai Prison, the prison guard is slightly invaded, he can't bear it, in prison, he can't be separated from the son, so he and the second poem teach the jailer Liang Cheng, to leave the son by", the last two sentences are particularly worrying: "It is a green mountain that can bury bones, and he Chinese New Year's Eve rain alone to hurt god." As brothers with the king, they are married to the cause of the next life. Before, I was most touched by the last deep and righteous vow of the afterlife, but later I tasted the previous sentence that was even more depressing: "I'm going to bury my bones here, but Ziyu, you will have to listen to the night rain alone in the future." At that time, his complicated feelings were conceivable, but instead of expressing his worries about the imminent death, he had failed to live up to his agreement with his brother and had to wait for the next life.

The son of the outside of the prison wrote a letter willing to dismiss all official positions and exempt his brother from the crime, but he did not allow it. Fortunately, the imperial court finally spared Su Shi's death and demoted him to Huangzhou, and Su Rui was also implicated and demoted to the salt and liquor tax in Yunzhou. Later, after the death of Emperor Shenzong, the New Party fell, the Yuanyou party members gained the upper hand, and Ersu returned to the court as an official, so that Su Shi and his brother could have a short period of time to get along day and night, and go to work and drink together. However, with a strong temperament, he was not tolerated by the old party, so he had to ask for his own release and bid farewell to his brother for the time being. It's just that he is still calculating in his heart, first go to Guangling to become an official, and then retire from the south, all the way back to his hometown in Meizhou, where he will build a house and plant fruit trees, and wait for Ziyu to retire and retire to retire together. It's just, "I don't know if this wish will be fulfilled?" That said, too. ”

In the end, he failed to return to his hometown according to his wishes, but in the next few years, with the rise and fall of the political whirlpool, he repeatedly returned to Beijing and left Beijing, repeatedly doing other things. "Live up to the wishes of the forest, the night rain on the bed to listen to The Shaw." In the seventh year of the Yuan Dynasty, when Su Rui passed his fifty-second birthday, Su Shi, who was far away in Yingzhou, lamented this in a poem written to him. More than ten years ago, the older brother was worried that he would leave his younger brother alone in the night rain, but he might not be able to think that even if his elderly brothers were still supporting each other in the world after many years, they could only sigh "failed".

The brothers went their separate lives, like a light meal, but the farewell was on the sea far away from their hometown. In the fourth year of Shaosheng (1097), Su Shi, who was over sixty years old, was demoted to Danzhou, Hainan, and Su Rui was deposed from the high position of vice chancellor and demoted to Leizhou, Guangdong. The two places are just across the Qiongzhou Strait to the north and south, and it is not known whether it is a coincidence or a deliberate arrangement, but it is really sad to think of it. When Su Shi traveled to Wuzhou, he heard the locals say that Su Rui had just passed by, so he quickly chased after him, and finally caught up with his brother in FujianZhou, and the two brothers who had lost their way went together to the debasement place at the end of the world. This time, the two of them spent a month together, and it was the last side of their lives. Both of them were dying of old age, Su Shi was suffering from hemorrhoids because he drank too much, and Su Rui seemed to have suffered from insomnia at night. The younger brother advised the older brother to drink less, and the older brother agreed- before they parted, the brothers chanted about such trivial things, perhaps everything was outside the body, just hoping to take care of each other's body. Four years later, Su Shi was finally allowed to return to the north, but before he could see his brother, he died on the way.

The mournful Su Rui wrote a long epitaph to his brother, which described that when his brother was ill, he wrote to himself: "If I die, bury me under the Song Mountain, you will write an epitaph for me." At that time, Su Rui held the letter and cried, "Where can I bear to write an epitaph for my brother?" "The scene of affection, it is amazing to think of.

Eleven years later, Su Rui also passed away and was buried next to the tomb of his brother in Henan County, which was also the home agreed between the brothers before they died, so the remnants of Songyue resembled their hometown of Meizhou. The agreement on the bed night rain was finally "realized" only at this time. Chan Juan's soft light illuminated the brothers' lifelong wishes, and also shone on the hearts of all Chinese from now on. (Caption photo: Bai Jikai; Responsible Editor: Li Zhengrong)
