It's a story of ideals and reality, and it's even more a story about love. A peaceful film. Two story lines. 1: A child who likes music grows up in a carpenter's house, a child who likes carpentry work grows up in a jewish rich family, and the lives of the two families are connected through children. 2: The parents of the child who like music are not biological parents, and his musical genes come from his father (a music teacher who does not appear in the film). Coupled with the background of World War II, it is such a peaceful story, and the plot is not very tense.
