Why did the maverick car progress so fast? This is inseparable from the careful planning of the brand in the early stage. Niu Chuangxin Energy established a project to build a car as early as November 2018, determining the parallel direction of the two technical routes of pure electric BEV and extended range electric EREV, and the main team of Self-Traveling Car has basically taken shape in three years. From the perspective of appearance, at a glance, the Self-Touring Home NV gives people the feeling of a Land Rover model, especially the round headlights and the outline of the body, which is very similar to the family design of the Land Rover model, with a reproduction of the classic visual effect. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the Self-Touring NV are 4915×1950×1750mm, and the wheelbase reaches 2900mm, positioning medium and large SUVs, and it is expected to provide two different versions of the 6/7 seater respectively.
In terms of the rear, the tail of the NV adopts a penetrating taillight group, officially called the "integrated crater" tail wing, the tail wing shape integrates the roof spoiler and the side wind wing design, which can embed the rear wiper into the interior of the roof spoiler, from presenting a more minimalist effect.
In terms of power performance, the currently known information is that the self-touring NV will be equipped with the GeMINI twin power module system, which will have two different power versions of extended range and pure electricity, and the entire system is equipped with intelligent electric four-wheel drive system, with an acceleration time of 5.9 seconds per 100 kilometers. However, at present, the self-touring car has not released the specific power parameter information of the two versions.
