According to the previous regulations:

Drivers of motor vehicles who have accumulated 12 points or 36 points in three or more scoring cycles in a scoring cycle shall make an appointment to participate in the venue driving skills (subject 2) and road driving skills examination (subject 3) in accordance with the provisions of Articles 43 and 44 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses after passing the road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge examinations.
