IT Home learned that the world's first 50 Dongfeng Fengshen E70 equipped with solid-state batteries will be put into demonstration operation in Jiangxi, Guangzhou, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces.
Officials said that the solid-state battery equipped with the Dongfeng Fengshen E70 new car adopts the world's leading solid-state flexible diaphragm technology, and the single body has passed rigorous tests such as puncture and 50% extrusion deformation, with a discharge temperature of up to 60 °C, a hot box of 180 °C without abnormality, and outstanding cell safety advantages. The solid-state battery module adopts aluminum alloy frame + high-precision seam laser welding technology to reduce redundant structures and achieve group efficiency of more than 86%. In view of the unique chemical properties of solid-state batteries, combined with a large number of experimental data, the BMS algorithm has been "tailored", and after continuous optimization, a stable and reliable battery management system has been formed. In addition, the solid-state battery system has also withstood the harsh experimental environment in terms of waterproof, explosion-proof, earthquake resistance, structural strength, etc., and the technical indicators are ahead of the industry level.
