Experts and scholars from the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Expert Committee on Promoting IPv6 Scale Deployment, and the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology attended the event. Wu Haijun, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Xiong'an New District, attended the event and delivered a speech.
Wu Haijun affirmed China Unicom's work in promoting IPv6 deployment in the Xiong'an New Area. He said that xiong'an new area at the beginning of construction proposed to build a global coverage of intelligent perception system and global pure IPv6 goals, in recent years, Xiong'an has been in the field of IPv6 deep exploration and innovation practice, and strive to become an innovative place and demonstration area of IPV6. At present, driven and driven by enterprises led by China Unicom, all 100 information systems and intelligent infrastructure projects that have been tendered for construction in the new district will include single-stack IPv6 requirements in the bidding conditions. More than 10 sensing terminal access standards such as video, radar, charging piles, and home appliances have been written into the IPv6 protocol. The large-scale deployment of IPv6 in Xiong'an New Area is ready, and the new district will join hands with China Unicom to gather resources from all parties, continue to increase investment and technology research and scenario application, ensure that the central government's requirements and pilot tasks for the new area are fully completed, and truly build a global pure IPv6 city.
According to reports, Xiong'an New Area has completed the transformation of the whole network IPv6 single-stack, the first commercial tenant-level hard slicing technology, the first time the heat map analysis technology was applied to nine major scenarios, and the "IPv6+" Ready "National First City" officially landed in Xiong'an.
As the main force of IPv6 scale deployment, China Unicom has made phased progress in the "Winter Olympic Smart Private Network" and "Xiong'an Innovation City" built on the basis of "IPv6+" technology, taking the lead in passing the "IPv6+" test and evaluation, and winning the "IPv6+" Ready1.0 certificate for the first time in the country and will be the first to be applied in Xiong'an New Area.
Han Hongjiang, deputy general manager of Hebei Unicom, introduced that in the future, Xiong'an Unicom will combine "IPv6+" technology to provide the best network experience services for all walks of life, actively explore and innovate in e-government, smart healthcare, smart education, industrial Internet and other aspects, provide the best network services for the majority of government and enterprise customers, and help the construction of digital Xiong'an.
