Up to now, the cumulative number of complaints on China Unicom in 24 hours has exceeded 1700 black cat complaints. Some netizens on the online social platform posted pictures saying that they were directly deducted 380 yuan, and some netizens said that although the fee has been refunded, it is directly converted to the phone bill instead of returning to the deduction account in the same way.

In this regard, Wang Jiucheng, a lawyer at Beijing Lidao Law Firm, said that for the failure to remind or confirm according to regulations, as well as the lack or incomplete collection of fees in the customized relationship, the basic telecommunications enterprise should refund the fees to the user immediately after verification, and strictly fulfill the compensation commitments made by the enterprise to the public.

It is worth mentioning that a number of netizens have previously contributed that China Unicom opened a stack package package without the consent of the user, and was deducted 95 yuan.

The problem has triggered a large number of netizens on social platforms, and some netizens said that they received a text message with a deduction of 95 yuan in the early morning of May 6 only to find that they had been opened for no reason. The complaint website said that the number of valid complaints about related problems in 24 hours was close to 2,000, and Unicom officials did not give effective solutions for the time being.

Subsequently, China Unicom customer service responded that the problem was caused by a system upgrade and is currently being handled.
