Singapore's anti-epidemic inter-departmental working group held a press conference on the 21st to announce that adolescents aged 12 to 17 can start receiving additional doses of the new crown vaccine in early February. From 14 March, those who do not receive a supplement within 270 days of completing the basic vaccination will be considered incomplete and the base vaccination will be considered two doses.

The Inter-Sectoral Working Group on COVID-19 also encourages vaccinations for children between the ages of 5 and 11. More than two-thirds of children in this age group have now made an appointment for vaccination, and half of the children have received their first dose of the vaccine. (Reporter Deng Xuemei)
