He carefully selected various types of science popularization venues, carefully guided the creation of bases, and enhanced the service capabilities of enterprises and institutions, social forces science popularization venues, and currently has 5 national science popularization education bases and 8 provincial science popularization education bases in the county.
At the same time, he attaches importance to new types of communication and makes popular science "popular". Promote the application of "Science Popularization China" and "Mobile Science Popularization China APP" network science popularization resources, promote "rural science popularization e station", "community science popularization e station" and "campus science popularization e station", guide the construction of "campus science popularization e station" in Lushan Township Central Primary School, and be identified by the China Association for Science and Technology as the first batch of science popularization Chinese campus e station service demonstration points (a total of 3 in the province), firmly seize the new opportunities given by the Internet era to popularize science, and strengthen the construction of science popularization informatization.
