Gao Hong, a native of Xiguan Village, Weifen Town, Xingxian County, was born in 1991, graduated from Hohhot Normal University in Inner Mongolia in 2013, and went to Belarus to study at Svetibusk State University in Belarus in 2016.

With the persistent pursuit of painting art, Gao Hong founded her own studio after graduating from university, while cultivating students while specializing in creation, unconsciously her paintings have matured day by day and formed a unique style. Gao Hong's oil paintings have won the first prize for oil paintings by graduates of Belarusian University of Svetibusk State University in Belarus, and the first prize of the Red Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China by the United Front of Xingxian County.
