In order to greet the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Party, deepen and expand the study and education of party history, further give play to the advantages of the CPPCC, build a platform for exchanges, further stimulate the enthusiasm for loving the party and the country, carry forward the spirit of patriotism, and unite the efforts of building a beautiful and happy Xingxian County, the Xingxian CPPCC committee plans to hold an exhibition of calligraphy and painting works to welcome the 20th victory of the Party. The relevant matters of the collection of works are hereby notified as follows:
1. Exhibition theme
With the theme of welcoming the party's 20th national victory, we will praise the party's glorious course and great achievements, express our patriotic feelings for the party, show the deep affection of the party and the people and the high-spirited and enterprising spirit of the CPPCC members of the whole county, reflect the red culture, natural scenery, and customs and customs of Xingxian County, tell the story of Xingxian County, the story of the CPPCC, carry forward the core socialist values, create and launch a number of calligraphy and painting works that embody the historical height and the spirit of the times, and hold a gift to greet the party's 20th victory.
2. Collection of works
1. Call for calls. The call for entries is open from now until June 1, 2022.
2. Respondents. Members of the CPPCC national committees, CPPCC participating units, cadres of CPPCC organs, and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts from all walks of life in the county.
3. Requirements for works. It mainly focuses on calligraphy, painting and poetry works, and strives to highlight the theme, distinctive characteristics and elegant style. The size of calligraphy and poetry works is generally four feet vertical, and the size of painting works is generally four feet vertical, and it can also be created with fan surfaces (folding fans and tuan fans) and mirror paper (round and square). The core size of the folding fan is: within 60 cm in length and 30 cm in height; the core size of the ball fan, round mirror paper and square mirror paper is: 50 cm * 50 cm. Submissions should be made of high-quality professional calligraphy and painting paper, and those who do not meet the size and paper requirements will not be selected. There is no limit to the size of the book. Please attach an explanatory text to the seal and cursive script.
4. Solicitation method. Please indicate the time of creation, the name of the work, the name of the author, the introduction of the work, and the contact information (the work registration form is attached).
5. Quantity requirements. Each participating author shall submit at least 2 works of calligraphy and painting, no limit to the number of works, and good works can be submitted in duplicate.
3. Exhibition of works
For the submitted works, the relevant experts of the county CPPCC organization will uniformly frame them after selection, and carry out centralized exhibition (the specific time and place will be announced separately), and will be exhibited and disseminated on the WeChat public account of the Xingxian CPPCC. In addition, the excellent calligraphy and painting works with good theme intentions, high artistic standards and good cultural connotations were selected and sent to the Lvliang Municipal CPPCC Committee and the Shanxi Provincial CPPCC Committee to participate in the exhibition of calligraphy and painting activities of the city and the provincial CPPCC.
4. Other matters
1. The contributor's work should be the author's original, and shall not infringe the copyright, portrait right, reputation right and other intellectual property rights or exclusive rights of third parties, and if there is any relevant legal dispute, the legal responsibility shall be borne by the author himself.
2. The County Federation of Literature and Literature is responsible for organizing the collection of works exhibited by the County Book Association and the County Artists Association; the Cultural and Historical Committee of the County CPPCC Committee is responsible for the collection of works by members of the CPPCC County Committee and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts from all walks of life.
3. In addition to the selected works reported to the municipal and provincial CPPCC committees for participation, they can be returned to the author according to the author's wishes after the exhibition is withdrawn. CppcC members, CPPCC participating units, and calligraphy and painting enthusiasts from all walks of life are invited to actively contribute to participate.
4. After the completion of the calligraphy and painting exhibition, honorary certificates will be issued to the authors of the selected works.
