The Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau seized illegal vehicles and drivers in accordance with the law through video retrieval and trajectory verification, and arrested 12 illegal enterprise legal persons, team captains and illegal drivers. After the Joint Transfer of Illegal Clues by the Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau and the Municipal Urban Management Commission, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team of Shangdi Street in Haidian District, in accordance with the "Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Construction Waste Disposal", imposed a maximum fine of 30,000 yuan on Beijing Binbin Tengfei Construction Group Co., Ltd. for the illegal use of no construction waste permit; and a maximum fine of 100,000 yuan was imposed on Beijing Hengyun Hongtu Transportation Co., Ltd. for the illegal act of handing over construction waste to units engaged in construction waste transportation without approval. Due to the seriousness of the violation and the greater social impact, the Fangshan District Urban Management Committee, where the enterprise was registered, revoked the construction waste transportation enterprise business license of Beijing Binbin Tengfei Construction Group Co., Ltd. and the construction waste transportation permit for all vehicles in accordance with the law.
