Hu Jiezhi (胡介祉), Zi Cicun (字慈村), Xun Zhai (号循斋), a Qing beginner, bibliophile, and seal engraver, was a native of Shanyin, Zhejiang. Son of Shangshu Hu Shaolong, he traveled from YinShengshi to Henan as an envoy. His family's academic origins, like to collect books, school books, engraving books more diligently, the collection of books, engraving places have "Xun Zhai", "Valley Garden", "Zhen Yao Hall", "Shu Garden", etc., the collection of Song Shu ben "Dong Lai Boyi", rare books "Sleepy Learning Chronicles" and so on.
The famous bibliophile Zhu Yizun gave his poems such as "ZhouBei Zhangnan Jia Xiang Ju, copying and borrowing a book from each other." Let the king do good deeds who can reach, and the trunk of the horse is full of dwellings." The collection of books is printed with "Hutz Village Seal", "Shuyuan Book", "Hu's Xunzhai Appreciation Book" and so on. Engraved books include "Tao Yuanming Collection", Wei Zhuang's "Huanhua Collection", Wang Jian's "Wang Sima Collection", Ni Can's "Ten Palace Words" and so on.
