In this regard, it is recommended that colleges and universities should enhance the ability of high-end talents to cultivate independently, continuously optimize and improve the structure of the teaching staff, take the campus as the largest "laboratory", continue to deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms, release the vitality of innovation and creation, stimulate the wisdom of talents, and provide vitality and motivation for the high-quality connotative development of higher education.
In addition, it is necessary to promote efficiency and ensure the realization of talent value. When talents from all over the world flock to the world, they should provide a broad career platform to stimulate their creative vitality, implement the corresponding academic and disciplinary teams according to their professional and research directions, give priority to providing scientific research resources, provide a better "stage" for talent development, and provide a broad "place of use" for high-level teachers.
