Sun Xin, deputy station district of Qingdao Metro Qingbei Station District, introduced that in order to better serve the Spring Festival passenger flow, the station designated the Spring Festival passenger transport organization plan in advance, increased the number of personnel points, carried out large passenger flow drill training covering all employees, and prepared materials to ensure the smooth organization of passenger flow during the Spring Festival. At the same time, during the Spring Festival, the station increased the frequency of killing, and continued to do a good job in wearing masks for passengers entering the station, health code inspection, temperature measurement and other epidemic prevention measures to ensure the safety of passengers.
In terms of improving service quality, Qingdao North Railway Station has set up a "Rainbow Volunteer Service Station" to provide passengers with mobile power, luggage bundling, rainbow handling, simple medical kits, sewing kits and other items and volunteer services. In addition, in view of the recent increase in the number of returning passengers, some passengers will stay temporarily in the subway station late at night because of the early train at four or five o'clock in the morning, combined with the cold weather in 2022, the station launched a "warm winter action", for the passengers who stayed in the subway station late at night to give warm winter blessing bags, which have warm baby stickers and ginger tea, provide hot water for free, open the rainbow waiting area, provide stools for resident passengers to rest, so that returning passengers can feel the temperature from Qingdao and warm the way for passengers to go home.
