In order to alleviate the problem of difficult and chaotic parking of non-motorized vehicles at subway entrances and exits, the project of "New Expansion of Non-motorized Vehicle Parking Spaces at Subway Entrances and Exits" has been selected as the "Ten Practical Matters of People's Livelihood of the Year" project of the Hangzhou Municipal Government for the fourth consecutive year, and is one of the series of work of "worry-free travel" in Hangzhou in 2024.
In 2024, the Citizen Livelihood Project plans to expand 2,000 non-motorized vehicle parking spaces at subway entrances and exits. Up to now, the city has expanded 1,900 non-motor vehicle parking spaces.

Located on the east side of Kaiyuan Plaza of Caojiaqiao Station, there are many residential areas such as Kaiyuan Famous City, Guangyuan Community, Nanhe City, Pinwen Mansion, Shixin Mansion and so on. The Xiaoshan District Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau has communicated with Shushan Street and Kaiyuan Plaza Property for many times, and set up 2 non-motor vehicle parking spaces in some areas of the opened square, which can park 800 non-motor vehicles.
