All the people have the responsibility to report the above-mentioned elements, and those who report the truth will be rewarded, and those who intentionally hide will be punished. 3. Strictly guard against Chiang bandits from harboring bandits and lawbreakers, carrying out military sabotage, and taking advantage of the opportunity to arbitrarily commit criminal acts that harm the people, such as extortion, assassination, and looting.
