The awakening of the family buggy!
Questions from this issue:
What are the places to pay attention to when the family SUV is driving out of the country?
First, follow the rut prints.
If the ordinary household urban SUV encounters dirt roads and gravel roads, as long as they follow the ruts in front of them, they can easily pass.
Of course, if the rut print is too deep, there is a high bulge in the middle of the road, you can adjust the direction so that the wheels on one side are just pressed on the position of the bulge, and the wheels on the other side are pressed on the edge of the roadside, and then slowly drive over, which can effectively prevent the vehicle from dragging the bottom.
Second, get off the bus.
When encountering uphill roads with deep rut marks, especially household SUVs, do not blindly increase the throttle to rush up, otherwise it is either slippery or underpinning.
Because when it rains, the rain will flow down the rut marks on the slope, and the rut marks will become deeper after being washed by the rain, and they will be very muddy, so be sure to avoid the rut marks.
The correct approach should be to get off the car first, the so-called kan road, that is, to find the best route for the vehicle to go uphill.
The general solution is to let the wheels on one side press against the side of the road, and the wheels on the other side press the arched position between the two rut prints, and then slowly refuel and drive the car up.
Third, downhill skills.
When encountering a gravel downhill section, especially a long downhill with a little slope, don't let the car slip down on its own, let alone stomp the brakes to death.
That is to say, make sure that the tire is not locked, because only if the tire is not locked, the tire will have grip when it is going downhill.
When going downhill, be slow enough, be careful enough, and stabilize the brakes to let the car go down little by little.
Fourth, avoid puddles.
When encountering muddy and waterlogged pavement, especially the road surface with water in the rut, do not let the wheels press into the puddle, let alone rush over, because the trap is basically in the pressure puddle, and then increase the throttle to think out, the result is deeper and deeper.
For urban SUVs, trapped cars are terrible, and there is almost no ability to save themselves, so you still have to get out of the car, find a way to avoid the puddle, and then drive over.
If your car configuration is relatively high and has a panoramic image, you can easily avoid the puddle by using the front camera to feedback the front of the car, and then judge the route taken by the wheel.
I hope that these few off-road tips that are not off-road skills will help you
