Therefore, in the second year of the Taiping Revival (977 AD), at the suggestion of Zhao Guangyi, Li Fang, Hu Meng, Xu Xuan and other literati who were more powerful at that time began to compile the Taiping Imperial Records.
But at the same time, several people thought that the "Taiping Imperial Records" was too serious, and at the same time wrote a small story of the history of Dianye to joke with Zhao Guangyi, so the Song Dynasty story society "Taiping Guangji" that was later known to the world was also born.
In the Taiping Guangji Junjie, there is a "twin brother" of the "Seven-Step Poem", that is, the "Dead Cow Poem".
The world knows the "Seven-Step Poem", but I don't know the "Dead Cow Poem", because I don't like to read the literary version of the novel. This story is actually quite interesting.
One day Cao Pi and Cao Zhi were riding in the middle of the road and saw two cows fighting, and one of the cows fell into the well and died. So he immediately calculated that Cao Zhi must write a poem "Dead Cow" within a hundred steps of the horse. Writing poetry is simple for Cao Zhi, but the key is to require that the words "cow, well, bucket, and death" not appear, otherwise they will be killed immediately.
Cao Zhi was really unlucky, and encountered this kind of thing that forced himself to die, and saw that the horses under the seat were moving forward, and if they did not answer, their heads would fall to the ground, so they exported into poetry.
The two flesh walked in unison, and the transverse bone was worn on the head. Walk to tai tu tou, and the rise is abrupt. The two enemies are not strong, and one flesh lies in the earth cave. It is not as good as the force, and the grand intention must not be leaked.
The story is quite cleverly conceived, and it also implies scenes of brothers pressing each other. But when I saw the poem, fried rice was a little disappointed.
Replace "cattle" with "meat"; replace "wells" with "earthen caves"; replace "fighting" with "enemies"; replace "death" with "lying down". This is not cao zijian's level at all. Take "bean and bean" instead of "brother", "Originally born from the same root, why is it too urgent to fry each other?" "Is that the peak?"
This "Dead Cow" poem is, at best, Zhao Guangyi's level of knowledge!
