After the French troops withdrew from Vietnam, Vietnam completely swelled, claiming to be the world's third-largest military power after the United States and the Soviet Union.
The counterattack against the Vietnamese self-defense passed through a village in one of our army's marches. In front of the village are rice paddies, where several women stand in the fields harvesting rice.

The Platon army surrounded her, and Nguyen Van Huy was eventually killed.
Later, after checking the results of the battle, the soldiers of our army found that the woman who was killed was the famous Ruan Wenhui.
It was precisely because the Vietnamese put women and the elderly in front and the military and civilians participated in the war, which led to the death of 60,000 Vietnamese troops in the self-defense counterattack against Vietnam, and the death of militia was as high as 50,000.
The industrial minerals of the whole of Vietnam are basically concentrated in the north of Hanoi, and the Chinese army destroyed all the houses, factories, mines, roads and other facilities in northern Vietnam before retreating back to China.
For two or three decades, Vietnam's stagnant development interrupted Vietnam's ambitions to unify the Indochina Peninsula, and there was no longer a threatening unified regime in southern China.
