There were 102 cases in Henan, including 94 cases in Anyang City, 4 cases in Zhengzhou City, and 4 cases in Xuchang City;

There were 18 cases in Tianjin, including 15 cases in Jinnan District, 2 cases in Xiqing District, and 1 case in Hexi District;

5 cases in Guangdong, all in Zhuhai City;

1 case in Beijing, in Haidian District (previously reported: 1 new locally confirmed case in Beijing, which is closely related to previous cases);

1 case in Shaanxi, in Xi'an City;

There were no new deaths. There were 3 new suspected cases, all of which were imported from abroad (all in Shanghai).

The current round of epidemic in Zhuhai is not ruled out

Caused by exposure to contaminated inbound items

At 0-24:00 on January 17, there were 5 new locally confirmed cases in Guangdong Province, all of which were reported from Zhuhai.

On January 17, the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government held the fourth press conference on epidemic prevention and control, and as of 24:00 on January 16, Zhuhai had a cumulative total of 12 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and 1 case of asymptomatic infection, all of which were isolated and treated in designated hospitals.

Circulation traceability found that all cases are currently in the same chain of transmission. Gene sequencing is 100% homologous to imported cases from other provinces. The cases of early onset were engaged in customer service work of a certain enterprise, and they were often exposed to overseas imported goods. According to the current on-site epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing, experts have judged that the epidemic is not excluded from being caused by exposure to contaminated inbound items. Further traceability of the flow is still being stepped up.

Dalian, Liaoning

One new case of home-grown asymptomatic infection was added

From 0:00 to 24:00 on January 17, 1 new confirmed case of imported new coronary pneumonia (for asymptomatic infected persons turned into confirmed cases) was reported in Shenyang City, and 1 new case of local asymptomatic infection was reported by Dalian City. There were no new cured and discharged cases.

On January 17, Dalian, Liaoning Province, reported that a routine nucleic acid test in a centralized isolation hotel found that 1 person tested positive for suspected test results and reviewed positive.

The positive infected person is the mother of the asymptomatic infected person case 1 reported on 12 January, and has been under strict home isolation medical observation with case 1 since 9 January, during which time there was no outing. On January 12, he was placed under centralized isolation medical observation as a close contact in closed-loop transport. From the 12th to the 16th, the nucleic acid test was negative for 5 consecutive days, and the nucleic acid test result was positive on the 17th, and then transferred to the Dalian Center for centralized treatment of new crown pneumonia in Liaoning Province, and clinical experts diagnosed asymptomatic infected person.

According to the tenth press conference held by the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control headquarters in Anyang City, Henan Province on January 18, from 0 to 24:00 on January 17, 94 new confirmed cases were reported in Anyang City, including 1 case in Wenfeng District and 93 cases in Tangyin County.

Since January 8, Anyang City has reported a cumulative total of 404 confirmed cases, including 380 cases in Tangyin County, 19 cases in Wenfeng District, 2 cases each in Huaxian and Neihuang County, and 1 case in Anyang County.
