As Qianlong grew up little by little, he was even more jealous of this powerful courtier who acted on behalf of the imperial power and had made great achievements. Moreover, Ao Bai held the military power, "there are more than a million soldiers under his command", which made the young Qianlong very uneasy.
Therefore, under the influence of Empress Xiaozhuang, the young Qianlong Emperor finally made up his mind to get rid of Aobai.
