Justin Timberlake and Jessica Bell sold their sprawling #Manhattan penthouse for up to $29 million.
According to the Washington Post's #Property records, the auction ended on Dec. 22. And the residences were never listed, and the transactions were off-the-counter.
Timberlake, 40, and #Biel, 39, purchased this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom #New York Tribeca penthouse in 2017 for $20.2 million. Now, the couple is making a huge profit from the sale, with a $8.8 million gain of about 57 million yuan!
Located at 443 Greenwich Street, where Harry Styles, Rebel Wilson and Jake Gyllenhaal currently reside, the building is known as the "Paparazzi" and features include no need to get out of the car to get in and out of the underground car park and valet parking to provide door-to-door covering. The building also combines historical architectural elements with the latest luxuries, with a private entrance foyer.
Timberlake and Biel's #Mansion is 5,375 square feet and features a private terrace, recreation room and chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
The custom kitchen designed by Christopher Peacock features wooden and fluted glass cabinetry, Caracata marble, two sinks, double dishwashers, Wolf series with grills, and a 70-bottle Gargner wine fridge.
The mystery buyer is a company called Menemshovitz NY Realty Inc, which also bought an Obama family in 2018 to rent a three-summer vacation home on Martha's Vineyard Island, Massachusetts.
