JD.com announced that it is recruiting more than 20,000 college graduates, half of whom will enter JD Logistics

Blue Whale TMT channel on January 17, Jingdong recently announced that in 2022 will recruit more than 20,000 college graduates nationwide; of which more than 10,000 will enter Jingdong Logistics to reserve and cultivate grass-roots management talents.

According to reports, since the transformation to technology in 2017, Jingdong has invested nearly 75 billion yuan in technology research and development, so the demand for technical talents has been growing. In the Jingdong school recruitment positions, software development engineers, test and development engineers, industry solutions, architecture engineers and other technical positions accounted for more than half, of which multi-modal recognition, distributed computing, quantum computing and other cutting-edge technology positions were opened to fresh graduates for the first time.

In the past three years, JD.com has opened up 358 jobs and provided nearly 40,000 jobs. At the same time, the promotion data in 2021 shows that nearly 50% of fresh graduates have been promoted, and 25% of fresh graduates have been promoted twice in a row during the year; nearly 80% of post-90s technical graduates have rapidly grown into senior talents.
